I am taking on the challenge to run 26.2 Miles ..... the London Marathon 😍. SRUK are the only UK charity to fund research into new better drug treatments and look for a cure for Scleroderma.

I have a rare, debilitating and often fatal autoimmune condition called Scleroderma, secondary raynaurds and Addisons.

Each time my condition gets a little more challenging it makes me release how lucky I am to still be able to do most of the things I want to, even if I have to make adjustments. 

I used to run regularly but with the stiffness, extreme bone pain, joint pain, fatigue  and muscle weakness the condition brings with it, it has got harder and harder and I stopped for almost 15 months as it was just so painful to run. So..... starting from scratch it is !! I am currently back up to 5 miles, so only another 21 to go !!! 🚶‍♀️ 

However I want to be able to bring home this last challenge and know I gave it everything I have.
