Matt Lannie sadly passed away on 21.4.2020, whilst doing a job he loved. Matt has served his queen and country for so many years. Serving firstly in the Military and then in the police. Matt was one of the warmest, nicest, funniest, cheeky chaps you could ever wish to meet. No matter what room he entered he would bring laughter, sunshine and smiles, and he would do anything for absolutely anyone, he was one that you could rely on in any situation.

We are wanting to raise as much money as we can for the charity Matt held close to his heart, this charity being Help for Heroes. Matt never ever forgot or even lost his love for the military and all who served or are still serving.

Any money raised for the charity would help serving or ex service personnel, in many many ways. Either helping them adjust after leaving the military, helping those that have fallen on hard times or even funding for a place where people could just meet for a chat. This would of meant the world to Matt, knowing any money raised would be helping others.

This would also mean so much to Matts family, colleagues and friends, knowing we were all able to help in raising money for Matts charity. Please let’s give as much as we can, to show Matt how much he is loved. Thank you all. God bless you Matt rest in peace. X
