My dad suffers from Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency a generic disorder that affects the lungs. After spending an incredible summer together I noticed how this horrible disease is affecting my dad. Although I know this charity won’t be able to find a cure for my dad but it will help raise money to support people with it and hopefully aid further research. 

I will be running the Beast race with my husband and a few friends. The BEAST is an epic 10k obstacle course race over tough Scottish terrain.  There are 25+ mega obstacles; giant water slides; icy loch water; thick mud & swamp crossings.

Every penny counts! Every muddy step will be for my dad!
