In July 2022 our beautiful Tabitha aged 16, was diagnosed with a Sarcoma (Cancer). This was of course very upsetting and this should never happen to anyone, but we have never known someone so brave as Tabs. She has taken this in her stride, carried on doing the things she loves like singing, sea cadets, going to school and continuing to see her friends and family. Tabs has been receiving chemotherapy for the last 3 months, and has lost her hair. As we all know, her hair is amazing and so this has taken a little while to get used to. We feel that this weekend would be the perfect time to join her and show our support as a family in any way that we can. 

We will be starting our fundraising with a guys family head shave. We would like to use this Just Giving page for anyone that would like to do a fundraising event, so please get in touch. 

Sarcoma in children and young adults is not as common as you'd think, therefore we would like your help to raise as much money as we can. Your contributions will help Tabitha and others like her overcome the cards they have been unfortunately dealt. 

Young Lives vs Cancer - Clic Sargent, The NHS, Nurses, Doctors & Consultants, Teenage Cancer Trust, Area 61 in the Bristol Haematology Oncology Centre, The TYA team and all our friends and family have been so amazing, helpful and supportive to her and us throughout the journey so far, so we would like to give something back.
