I am running Defeat Delamere, to raise money for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation in memory of my Uncle Dave.

Uncle Dave was very special to me and I have lots of lovely memories of him. I remember dancing with him and Auntie Sheila, eating chocolate buttons together and being excited for our visits. They are memories that always make me smile and that I will never forget.

We all miss Uncle Dave very much, so I wanted to do something special in his memory. I am going to challenge myself to run and raise as much money as I can for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, to help people and families affected by lung cancer.
