Ramila, Amit & Anisha are aiming to complete
over a THOUSAND Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations)
between them from 23rd July to 22nd August!!

MUKTI has been raising funds for two children's homes in India; Karm Marg (meaning The Way of Action) and Naz as well as homeless people in the UK for nearly two decades. Karm Marg is a home for street-children and Naz is the only home for HIV Positive children in India. Everyone who works for MUKTI is a volunteer and none of the funds raised go to salaries in the UK.

We (the Tailor family) have been supporting MUKTI for many years. We had the privilege of visiting Karm Marg and Naz three years ago. Meeting the joyful children and their loving caregivers was incredibly humbling and moving. It has spurred us on even more to support these very worthy causes!
