We all need a reminder to take care of our own mental health now and the so challenge yourself to take 5 minutes to do something positive then challenge 5 friends to do the same and if you can afford to please donate £5 or whatever you can to Mins to support our frontline staff who are going above and beyond to help our country right now. They are struggling under the pressure of this situation but Mind is there to help offering support to everyone!
Stop what you are doing —
Take a brisk walk, Step Outside, Wash your face, read a book, colour in, clean out a cupboard, do 5 minutes of exercise, make a cup of tea, lie dow, text or call a friend, pat your pet, look for stars, watch for the birds, do anything that makes you feel happy and relaxed for 5 minutes and refresh yourself!
