Story

****You guys smashed my original target and my second target!! I've upped it again to £1500. I am so grateful to every single person who has donated. You are going to make a real difference! Thank you!!****

I was diagnosed with Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma in May 2012. I was transferred to the royal Marsden in Sutton to be treated on the teenage cancer trust unit. The hospital is an amazing place, with great facilities and staff. I had chemotherapy, radiotherapy and a bone marrow transplant. All the departments I met had the same high standard of care. Currently I am in remission but still go back to the hospital for check ups and to see the amazing staff.

If I hadn't been treated so amazingly I might not be here today!

So in the year of our marriage Pip and I are going to be joining the Marsden march - walking 14 miles from the Marsden in Chelsea to the Marsden in Sutton. This won't be easy for me but it will be very worth it.

I am raising money to help The Royal Marsden provide world-class care for cancer patients, and to support the hospital’s pioneering work in cancer research and education. I hope you can join me to help build a future beyond cancer.
