Battersea have been resucing and rehoming animals since 1860,
placing animals at the centre of everything they do. More than three million animals later, they're still working hard to achieve their vision that every dog and cat should live in a home where they are treated with love, care and respect.

I'm doing my bit to help.

The Wolf and I are taking part in the Muddy Dog Challenge on 30 September, to help raise some money.

For those of you that know me, I'm clearly NOT a runner, so although 5km may be a standard lunch time work out for some of you, for me it's a bit more of a challenge.
