For the whole month of November I will be pushing myself to achieve a total of 2000 squats in aid of raising money for the charity Refuge. Refuge supports over 7000 women men and children who are at risk or experiencing domestic violence and provides them with specialist support and a safe escape. Every £1 will help to make a difference with these people’s lives. Just £10 could support a person with what they need for the first night. 

As someone who has been in this situation I know how important these services are when you feel alone and helpless.
