SAVING LIVES, PREVENTING PREMATURITY

Story

Every day in the UK a multiple birth family faces the inconceivable pain of losing a child. We want to change this and help multiple birth babies to have the best possible chance of a healthy start to life.

So we have gathered a team together, donned our running gear and begun training for the 10 mile Great South Run to raise money for our Big Research Appeal.

Experts from across the UK have identified several pieces of research that need doing to make multiple pregnancies safer. Tamba want to get them done. Over the next few years Tamba want to invest at least £60,000 into the biggest multiple pregnancy research programme of its kind to help reduce prematurity, stillbirth and neonatal deaths.

Tamba have partnered with the British Maternal & Fetal Medicine Society to find the best research scientists. The BMFMS think this research is so important they will DOUBLE your donations this year up to a total of £20,000.
