Did you know that suicide is the biggest killer of young people under the age of 35 in the UK?

That is why I am taking part in a bungee jump on 7th August 2022 and a parachute jump on 17th September 2022.

As a junior doctor, I have seen first-hand how important mental health is to people, especially those younger people who may be vulnerable to such thoughts. Mental health and suicide are still a taboo topic in some circles, and I want to change that. It is important to raise awareness to this silent killer.
