As many of you know, my best friend Rishi passed away 3 years ago.  Rishi lived in Oxford and supported Helen & Douglas House, who have a fund in his memory.  I know several of you sponsored me last time I ran a half, so my aim this time is to beat both my time (2hr11) and total amount raised (£670). 

We'd really appreciate any donation you can give.   I think it's fair to say that neither of us are natural runners - at a 10km last month Daisy got stitch and I threw up at the finish line (!) - so this will be a challenge for us, and we're very grateful for your support.
