Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I was training for a half-marathon for months and then had to pull out because I fell and hit my tailbone on a flagstone - ouch! Four weeks ago I couldn't walk without a lot of pain, but I decided to make something positive out of it, sign up for another half-marathon and raise some funds for charity. But the only one I could conveniently get to was Edinburgh. So this means that I have to get from 0 miles to 13.1 within five weeks! Apparently it takes a couple of months to get over tailbone trauma, but with your support motivating me, I'm sure I will manage to build up from my fitness nadir...
