Well, the race is over for another year and we're starting our recovery!

Ben completed the course in a fantastic 3 hours 21 minutes and 55 seconds and I finished in a personal best time of 3 hours 46 minutes and 33 seconds!!

It was a superb day...although the unrelenting sun made it incredibly challenging, the atmosphere and crowds were fantastic and the camaraderie between runners was greater than ever.  Thank you to all those who came up to support us...hopefully you managed to see us at some point round the course and enjoyed the sunshine!
