We lost our beautiful baby daughter Frankie to Infantile Leigh Syndrome at age 5 weeks and 5 days. Mitochondrial diseases can be devastating to families and currently there is no cure, therefore Tom has joined the My Mito Miles challenge, where every mile counts in the fight against mitochondrial diseases! Tom is going to walk 400 miles in 80 days. The fundraisers are collectively trying to get around the World (virtually) a total of 24,901 miles, (40,074 km) to raise awareness and vital funds at this difficult time.
