Story

I am about to take part in my 5th Playtex Moon Walk, the bra-clad walking marathon (26.2 miles) around the streets of London, at night, in aid of Breast Cancer. My 1st Moon Walk was in 2002 with Aran, then two years later with my big brother Ashley, then the following year with my dear sister Claire (that was the one that nearly killed us both, her asthma, my leg blisters). Then 2 years ago I walked it on my own where I finished in 6 hours and 15 minutes.
This time I am hoping to complete the course in around the 6-hour mark. Fingers crossed!
I think breast cancer will probably touch us all at some time in our lives. It affects 1 in 4 women in the UK. If you can kindly donate through this web site I would be so very grateful. I know everyone is under huge financial pressure at the moment so any contribution is gratefully appreciated.
