Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!

Next weekend  I am taking part in the  Leeds Mo-running event at Roundhay Park.

For those of you who know me well, you will understand how hilarious this is... Until January of this year, I had never run any further than the pub  and I have now signed up to complete  the 10km course on Sat 22nd November...

It may not be a marathon, or even a half marathon, but to me, its really really really far!

My participation in this race was a personal goal that I set myself one silly day and few months back,  but it is also a great opportunity to raise funds for a wonderful charity, The SMA Trust.

Some very dear friends of mine lost their beautiful little boy, Lucas, to this heartbreaking condition in 2008  and I am hoping to raise as much as possible for the SMA Trust on their behalf.

So keep your fingers crossed for me on  the day. I promise to try  my  best!!
