Story
After originally planning to run two (cancelled) half marathons for Mind this year, I'll be carrying on anyway and running the virtual Cardiff Half during October! I am imagining this will be a solo effort due to likely impending restrictions on socialising outside our own households, and I can't pretend this pandemic thing hasn't affected my training, but I'd really appreciate any donations for this amazing charity in exchange for me plodding through 13.1 miles around my local area.
As many of you know, mental health is an issue that has affected me in the past and continues to in many ways, and so in a difficult year for so many charities I'd love to raise some funds for Mind on behalf of myself and my running buddy Jess.
