Story

January 2020 saw me diagnosed with a large meningioma in the parietal lobe (brain tumour, to you and me)! Following its successful removal in March, with the amazing support of family, friends and colleagues, I continue to recover and get stronger.

The Brain Tumour Charity have been marvellous, supporting me and thousands of others through the scariest times of our lives.

Completing challenges and raising funds for this amazing charity is just one of the ways I say thank you to everyone who has supported me.

Join me for a 40 minute online Zoom get together. We can eat cake, drink tea (coffee, hot chocolate, beer, wine, cocktails, water), chat, play games - just keep me company and spur me on as I complete a Twelve Hour Cakeathon! The aim is for family, friends and colleagues to sign up for a time so that over the course of twelve hours I have company on my gruelling cake-eating endurance challenge!
