On 31st July 2014 we very suddenly and unexpectedly lost someone very special to us, my younger sister Natalie. She had a massive heart attack. She was only 27 years old and had an 8 month old baby boy.

But Natalie wasn't just my sister, she was a daughter, a girlfriend, a cousin, a niece, a friend and more importantly, she was a mother. She meant so much to so many people.

I've decided to honour Natalie's memory and on Saturday 14th March I will be doing a 10K race in London's Regents Park along with my cousins Kaylea Powell and Paige Barnes, mine and Natalie's Uncle, Andy Barnes, Michael Battley, Dan Powell and Jessica Darnell Bradley under the team name 'Team Monkeys' (Natalie's favourite animal)
