This Autumn, I will be taking on the Royal Parks Half Marathon and raising funds for MSF Gaza Regional Funds.

The humanitarian situation in Gaza is dire. Doctors are reportedly donating their own blood due to shortages, and many patients suffer from malnutrition, making them unable to donate blood themselves. The rate of acute malnutrition among children under five has nearly tripled since a ceasefire earlier this year, with 5.8% suffering from acute malnutrition as of late May.
