We've teamed up with Ali Official and Human Appeal to trek Mount Snowdon in order to raise funds and awareness for Human Appeal's World In Crises Appeal. The money raised will go towards helping in places like Somalia, Syria, Yemen, Iraq and Palestine where conflict has devastated the lives of millions of people.
