Hospice at Home is a local charity that provides high quality, specialised care for patients with life-limiting or life-threating illnesses, whilst also supporting their families and carers. The Charity's aim always has been and always will be to provide a choice at the end of life and enable a peaceful and dignified death at home. We are there for people at their most vulnerable and give comfort and reassurance when it is most needed. All of our services are free of charge to our patients their family and carers. This would not be possible without the kindness and generosity of the local community who raise funds and generate important awareness of the organisation. Thank you for your support
