If you know me you'll know distance running (anything over 200m) is not my cup of tea, no, no! So what better way to raise money for this amazing cause than running! 

The charity was set up by an ex-colleague to provide essential eye care over in South America in areas of great need as well as training to doctors out there so that they in turn can provide the best medical care for their patients. Working in this setting everyday, it is easy to take for granted the care we all get for free and the simple gift that sight and caring for our sight is.
