I'm taking part in the Sunderland City 10k, WearSlide and Kaleidoscope 5K colour run to raise money for St Oswald's Hospice, a local charity providing care for adults, children and young people in the North East.

Last year I took part in the Zip Wire Challenge from the Wearmouth Bridge and this year, I'm setting myself a different challenge - running my first 10k!
