I am running The Great North Run in September to raise money for the wonderful MHA as I have seen first hand the wide variation of support they provide for older people across he UK every single day. The work MHA do changes and improves many lives and inspires me every day to do what we can to better the lives of those around us! 

If you want to see your parents, grandparents, aunties and uncles, or your next door neighbour receive incredible heart felt support in their later life then please, share some pennies to support MHA to continue improving the quality of later life.

MHA provide support through residential and nursing homes as well as dementia specific support. We also provide support within retirement living apartments, villages and schemes as well as running activities and befriending services for those still living at home but may struggle to get out alone, or have lost loved ones or even for those that just want an excuse to have a little fun with other local older people.
