Imagine growing up with asthma as a constant burden, carrying blue and brown inhalers everywhere since the tender age of 7. Countless asthma attacks left me gasping for breath, trying desperately to keep pace with my peers at school. Asthma seemed to have the upper hand, defeating my aspirations at every turn.

Everything changed in 2015 when I stumbled upon a video by Casey Neistat, showcasing the transformative power of running. It dawned on me that I had allowed my knowledge of the illness to confine me within self-imposed limits. Inspired by the indomitable spirit of David Goggins, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery.

Since then, I've conquered more than 5,000 miles, triumphed in the Manchester Half Marathon with a time of 1 hour and 40 minutes, and completed the Brighton Marathon in an impressive 3 hours and 27 minutes. Over the past five years, I've embraced weightlifting, consistently pushing my boundaries and rarely taking rest days. At 27 years old, I truly believe my journey has just begun.

Asthma no longer holds sway over my life. I've cast aside my inhalers, and now I'm living up to my fullest physical potential.
