I am raising money on behalf of Kick 4 Life because I believe in the work that they do both in Lesotho and around the world in using the power of sport for social change.

I have been privileged to see this first hand within my first visit to Lesotho in 2013 and I now look forward to visiting again in 2024 to see how far the charity continues to grow and develop, supporting thousands of young people by raising awareness on HIV through testing and health education.

I have also been fortunate to observe and experience how Kick 4 Life supports fellow charitable organisations around the world in sharing expertise and knowledge to upskill coaches in providing health messages to their young people within their communities.
