Almost three years ago, my walking bestie, Sinead, was diagnosed with breast cancer. Throughout her treatment and surgeries she remained brave, strong and positive. Sinead walked every day - she can be wholly credited for getting me into walking - changed her diet and outlook and fought with every cell of her being. As well as being a mum to two beautiful children, wife to the wonderful Brian, daughter and sister, she is also one of the best friends a girl could have 

So this September we are taking on Ultra Challenge's Chilterns 50 raising money for the brilliant Breast Cancer now, whose world-class research and care is life-changing.
