From the 25-29^th April Pete, Karl, and John will be participating in the 700mile TWO Ball Banger Rally to raise funds for research into Prostate Cancer through Prostate Cancer UK. The three of us have always been into cars, driving and fixing up old cars is our hobby, so a fundraiser requiring fixing up old cars and driving is perfect for us.

Prostate cancer has affected Pete's dad who is now at the stage where he only has to have a blood count check every 12 months with his last recent test confirming he remains in remission; his motto is xxx cancer !!!!! John's uncle was originally given a terminal prostate cancer diagnosis in 2019 and he too remains in remission and has just moved to yearly checks. He is always happy to talk about his prostate so visit our YouTube channel😊

In February we bought an old Volvo v70 for £550 from a used car dealer having more than a few issues to say the least. These have been fixed and the car now has an MOT and hopefully get us round this challenging course raising lots of money for Prostate Cancer research. We have added some “accessories” to the car to make it unique, and during the rally there will be several top gear style challenges set by the organisers “to make it more interesting”.
