About Alzheimer's Society: Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

A note from Lia: Alzheimer's has the ability to leave you and your loved ones feeling hopeless. This disease does not yet have a cure so what can we do to help our loved ones? To me, the answer was to support research that contributes to finding a cure and supporting families who are facing Alzheimer's. That is why I reached out to the Alzheimer's Society to see if I could fundraise for them and run the 2023 London Marathon to bring further awareness to their cause.

I have set my fundraising goal to £3,000. Any contribution helps and is greatly appreciated! 

The 2023 London Marathon will take place on Sunday, April 23rd.
