In April this year I’ll be running the London Marathon for the Alzheimer’s Society, I’ll be doing so for my Grandma who is suffering with mixed dementia. Since my Grandma’s diagnosis my family’s life has changed massively to the point that my mum is now a full time carer to my Grandma.

I’ll be running the marathon to give something back to all the volunteers/nurses and family members who spend many hours a day giving their time to helping the victims of this horrible disease.
