For the second season in a row, Luke Cooper and Ian Sowman are organising the Teenage Cancer Trust Karting Challenge. This is an invitational event run at Castle Combe karting circuit on the evening of Saturday 14 July, mid-way through the BRSCC-organised race weekend that features TCR, the National FF1600 Championship and MX-5 Supercup.

We will be contacting drivers over the coming weeks, and there will be an opportunity for individuals to "win" an entry into the main event by taking part in a qualifying event on Saturday 30 June.

The invited drivers will pay an entry fee to take part, while the qualifying event will also be chargeable. Castle Combe Karting are kindly running the event at cost, and all profits will be donated to Teenage Cancer Trust (TCT), the chosen charity for the event. Note that those drivers invited to take part should pay their entry fee to the organisers and not via this page.

The event itself will be open to spectators and we hope a good number will stay on after the day's car racing to see some legends from Combe and beyond taking part in the keenly-fought karting contest, and to support the fundraising for the charity.
