yes it is on a bike, no I will not be using my e-bike, yes it is 1.5x further than I have ever cycled in one go before, no the route is not along a perfectly flat canal, yes I get a day out of the office, no pub stops are not included on the route, and yes I will probably wear Lycra but no donating doesn’t mean you ever need to see that!!
