On the 21st of September Chris and Gary will be running the Coast to Coast alongside as many friends and family as possible to raise money for CLIC Sargent who help children facing cancer and their families.

The Coast to Coast Walk is a 182-mile route devised by Alfred Wainwright, it passes through three contrasting national parks: the Lake District National Park, the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and the North York Moors National Park.
Wainwright recommends that walkers dip their booted feet in the Irish Sea at St Bees and, at the end of the walk, in the North Sea at Robin Hood's Bay. Chris and Gary aim to run the whole thing in 6 days.

As many of you know Alyssa our 3 year old niece has been diagnosed with liver and lung cancer and is currently undergoing treatment. Despite everything Alyssa always has a smile and a hug for everyone. Along with Vicky, Matt and Jacob she has taken everything in her stride. We want to show Alyssa how proud we are of her and to raise money to help CLIC Sargent support her and others like her.
