We did it :)

We walked the plank 

We suffered arctic enemas 

We bathed in cow slurrey 

Ran like Forrest Gump

Danced like Billy Elliot in the electro therapy disco

Island  hopping - certainly not like the Caribbean 

Conquered Everest -  by any means necessary - disgracefully 

Wrestled with mud for 12 miles

And kept smiling all the way along :)

for a great cause.
