Anyone that knows myself (Andrew Ensom) and my brother (Tony Ensom) will know that cars are a large part of our lives, and as we both work in the Automotive industry and probably always will, its only right that we raise some money for a charity that supports people involved in the Automotive industry past and present, as one day we may need their help.

From the 15th to the 22nd September we are taking part in the 'Chasing Markham Rally' organised by the Bilstein Group, where we will be driving through 10 European countries (UK, France, Switzerland, Italy, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Luxemburg, Belgium & Netherlands.) covering approximately 2500 miles in a car which is at the moment unknown to us.

A total of 30 teams are taking part in the event, and all the cars being used have been donated to the charity, and they will be drawn out of a hat within the next few weeks.

We will have some time to work on the vehicle before the rally to make sure it can go the distance on some of the most demanding roads in Europe, and at the end of the rally the cars will be auctioned off to raise even more money for the charity.

We will be doing a number of things to raise money, both in and out of work... so if we have gone that extra mile and helped you out in the past please show some appreciation and donate a few pounds to charity.
