A few of us from Clarence Place are taking on the Bath Half Marathon, some for the first time, some as return runners.

Please spare what you can to help us raise funds for St John's Foundation who do great work with charities and support programmes in and around Bath.  Here's a little bit more about them:

First established in 1174 and still going strong today, St John’s is something of a Bath institution. Renowned locally for its high quality almshouses, they also run an extensive funding programme, offering support to individuals and organisations during times of crisis.

Committed to helping people bounce back from whatever life throws at them, their support focuses on the areas of health and wellbeing, housing, isolation, poverty, employment and skills training. Year on year, the amount of funding they have available has increased, reflecting the level of their commitment.

They are passionate about working with other charities and local organisations so that, together, they can help even more people from an even wider age range to achieve the quality of life they deserve.
