What we intend to do here is take part in the 2023 Eddystone Pursuit sailing event which regularly sees about 80 yachts take the challenge to complete the circumnavigation of the iconic lighthouse and return to the start line by the equally iconic Smeaton Tower on Plymouth Hoe. We will be a rookie crew with an experienced race skipper and hopefully looking for a high placing for the Smeaton Cup….the yacht finished 4th last year!
