Story

Team GBExpos and friends are funding raising for VANA Trust!

A charity which helps children at home and overseas is encouraging you to get active this June and #Walk4Difference.The Vana Trust helps children and young adults including those with learning difficulties to find their feet in the world, both in the UK and Southern Africa. Since it was set up in 2009, Vana Trust Farm has given hundreds of people with autism and mental health issues the opportunity to come and work on the farm. Activities include caring for animals, growing veg and learning to cook. Opportunities are given to be part of a team and to connect with others.Walkers can set their own personal challenge in terms of distance each day, they just have to walk for 14 consecutive days from Friday 12th- Thursday 25th June. Participants are encouraged to raise a minimum of £100 for the Vana Trust and its looking to recruit 500 walkers to raise a total of £50,000.To sign up to the #Walk4Difference challenge please contact: Nino Carraturo on ninocarraturo@vanatrust.org.uk
