My cousin Mark Hammond aged 37, sadly gave up on life after battling a mental illness. He will be deeply missed by all the family and we all love him dearly.
Mind helps those living with a mental health problem and those supporting someone who has a mental illness, their service is vital on giving information about a condition, treatment options, or practical issues.
Living with a mental health problem can often have an impact on day to day life, making things that others might not think about a bit more difficult.
I want to show my support to MIND by running/walking 100km from London and Brighton. The achievement will stay with me forever, the pain will only be temporary.
I know Mark will be looking down on me to help get me through this.
