Story
After following Chris and meeting him whilst he was doing his epic challenge of barefoot walking/running 700miles across the Uk, when we saw the opportunity to get involved we thought it would be great to help the family to carry on with their fundraising.
Starting on the 26th of September, Obama the Llama, Hasti's favourite teddy is planning on retracing his steps from Land's End to Edinburgh but this time he will be part of a relay made up by 122 teams. We have signed up to complete legs 23, 24 & 25. We will be starting at Exeter Cathedral and barefoot walking/running? to Exeter airport, then on to Westhill then carrying on to Honiton show ground where we will say goodbye to Obama the Llama and let him carry on his journey.
The date of our legs has been confirmed for Monday 12th of October. Hoping to start around 9am. But it's never to early to help this great cause with your support, donations, likes, shares it all helps.
CDLS is a rare genetic condition that presents children with a wide range of difficult physical and behavioural challenges. Hope for Hasti is funding cutting-edge research to develop a gene therapy for this rare condition which will dramatically improve their quality of life. Working closely with some of the brightest minds in genetics, we can change the lives of the children affected by this illness. To achieve our goal, we need your help.
