We are a team of family and friends of the Tranter family. We are running in memory of the youngest member Lauren Sophie Tranter, who was a beautiful, brave little girl fighting Mitochondrial DNA Depletion Syndrome. Sadly it took her life in October 2011. Throughout the end of her fight she was resident at Bluebell Wood Childrens Hospice, who did an absolutely amazing job looking after her and her family and kept to their moto of "Living with Love and Laughter!" The family have such fond memories of the place even though they were there for the reason they were! Please help us all raise as much money as we  can to help them carry on the great work that they do!
