As you can imagine we're all pretty daunted by the thought of running the London Marathon 2010 - we'd rather be listening to Magic 105.4! (Lucky that with Magic's myPlayer we can catch up after training!)

We are putting ourselves through this for a pretty good reason though. Magic 105.4's charity Cash for Kids aims to support local children under the age of 18, who are financially, socially, emotionally or physically disadvantaged.  Additionally to encourage healthy lifestyle options by promoting physical, mental and general wellbeing of children and adolescents within the Greater London area.

Cash for Kids has only been established for a very short time but has already made a significant impact on the lives of many children. From building a community garden on an estate in central London where children had no space of their own, to working with Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital to raise funds for a rehabilitation room, Cash for Kids is here to make a real difference to our young people
