Siemens Healthineers, MR Magnet Technology, Oxford have chosen Oxfordshire Mind as their Charity of the Year for 2024 & 2025.

On 19/05/24 the nine of us are proud to be running the Blenheim 7k to raise money for such an excellent cause. We often go for runs together at lunchtime or after work and can vouch for the positive effects running can have on mental health. 

1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem in any one year. Oxfordshire Mind helps over 10,000 people with mental health challenges every year. They promote good mental health through the provision of high quality services and campaigning for positive change. Their services include housing, benefits advice, a confidential and free information line, short courses, children & young people support, volunteering opportunities, and they provide over 30 free, friendly, informal peer support groups across Oxfordshire.
