We are taking part in the LSH Summit, Cycle, Speed to raise money for MIND - The Mental Health Charity, something we feel very strongly about.

The event will consist of a hike to the summit of Mount Snowdon 3,560ft, a 20 mile cycle from the base of Snowdon to Penrhyn Quarry then finish with a ride on the 1,555m zip line, the fastest in the world!
