Hi Everyone, 

Me and Adam along with our other family members and friends are showing our support in memory of the youngest member of our family Lauren Sophie Tranter, who was a beautiful, brave little girl fighting Mitochondrial DNA Depletion Syndrome.

Sadly it took her life in October 2011. Throughout the end of her fight she was resident at Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, who did an absolutely amazing job looking after her and her family and kept to their motto of "Living with Love and Laughter!" The family have such fond memories of the place even though they were there for the reason they were!

Please help us both raise as much money as we can to help them carry on the great work that they do!
