Walk The Test Way 2015 · 11 October 2015 ·

The Club is based in Romsey, Hants. Members provide service for those in need, both locally and internationally, by giving their time, and organising fund raising events.. An Annual Sponsored Walk (Walk the Testway) is held in September, to provide a platform for charitable causes to raise funds.

Story

The 1st July 2014 our Son Timmy Twine moved home with us after being placed for adoption, he was 2 yrs old, we fell in love at first sight with our little man who had endured his first two years of life living in misery.

February 2015 we were devastated to be told Timmy had Leukaemia and our whole world crashed, we so desperately wanted our son and now every day we fear we will lose him.

Timmy spends so much time at Northbrook Children's ward being cared for by the amazing Dr Rodd we wanted to give something back, make a difference locally to the parents of children with life threatening illnesses who spend so much time on the ward. We all want to improve Parent facilities, consulting rooms, toys for the children, really see a difference we can achieve locally which our Timmy will also benefit from. Thanks to some pretty amazing friends on October 11th 2015 we will be doing a 26 mile sponsored walk along the test to raise as much money as we can for Northbrook.

Our son deserves a life after his start in this world, we can do this with you help.

Thank you so much for supporting Team Twine xxx

Our amazing Team so far and adding daily 😊
