Did you know that nurses walk on average 20,000 steps per day whilst caring for patients? This inspired us to take on a new challenge - 20,000 steps for 20 days during the month of July.
Each team member will complete 20,000 steps for five out of seven days each week. Daily step count will be tracked and monitored with regular updates on our social media accounts. We will start the challenge on Wednesday 1st July 2020.
All money raised on this page will be split between the oncology and neurosurgery ward. See Freya and Honor’s story to see why we have selected these truly incredible wards.
